Princess Diana's Wristwatch by Patek Philippe

Among the notable Patek Philippe patrons and timepiece owners is Princess Diana. Here we see her in 1983 wearing two Patek watches at once. The larger belongs to Prince Charles, a Patek Philippe Ref. 3445 (Disco Volante). The Princess would don her husband's watch during his Polo matches.

The smaller watch is her own, a Patek Philippe Ref. 3618. Along with the rest of the world, we greatly admire Diana's taste and this time piece is no exception; it is one of our favorites from Patek. 

We have a watch in the same language, currently, at our Manhattan gallery. It evokes the classics and a feminine delicacy in the manner of Diana's own wristwatch. This model is a part of the Patek Philippe heritage and its bracelet has become a signature of the brand.
