Incredibly beautiful ornate and intricately detailed pair of candlestick holders. Shown above is a bulbous knobbed stem decorated in relief with flowers and scrolls and on a square base. The candle sticks feature Russian hallmarks for Warsaw, Poland circa 1865 with an Assay master mark and double-headed Imperial Eagle as its City mark made when Russia occupied Poland. The artist’s mark appears to be F.F. for Frederik Fresen, an extremely talented and skillful artist who makes beautifully engraved, Tiffany quality pieces. Weighing approximately 14 ounces each, for a total of around 28 ounces. These candlesticks are stunning pieces to have in a silverware collection and would make a lovely addition to any dining room. Perfect for Sabbath and other ceremonies and decoration purposes. This item will ship exactly as photographed in Extremely Fine Condition.
