This extremely rare collectible Patek Philippe watch has an unusual voluminous but small case in 18 Karat Yellow Gold and comes on an original double layer textile rope with gold filled lock. The case is entirely in 18 Karat Yellow Gold. This includes round case, crown, solid back and mini-lugs. The unusual 18 Karat Yellow Gold round case measures approximately 16 mm including the crown diameter, 3 mm thick. The beautiful White Gold Style dial has gold style applied index markers and matching hands. The watch is signed on the dial. The bracelet is 11 mm wide and approximately 5.50" long. The watch weights approximately 12.9 grams.
