This one of a kind giclee print of the original The Streak painting depicts Joe DiMaggio, one of the greatest baseball all-around players of all time. This piece celebrates DiMaggio’s unbeaten record of 56 game hitting streak set in 1941. Many say this record will never be broken, which establishes DiMaggio as one of the best center fielders and Yankee of all time. This hall of famer was married to the great Hollywood actress, Marilyn Monroe.
This high quality, textured print is signed at the bottom left corner by the original artist, Armand LaMontagne, in gold ink. It was given by LaMontagne himself to one of our most esteemed clients who sold it to us. After searching extensively, we could not find another replica of the painting in perfect condition or signed in golden ink (3” W) like this one. The frame measures approx. 22” W x 34” H and the print itself 17” x 29”.
