Between April 8th and April 20th, the Philadelphia Mint provided emergency coining capacity to produce 240,000 2020 American Silver Eagles.
Walking Liberty continues to feature on the obverse of the 1 oz American Silver Eagle Coin. Designed in 1916 by Adolph A. Weinman, the image of Liberty featured here is a left-profile depiction of Liberty walking toward the sun on the horizon.
