YAAKOV DAVIDOFF KIDDUSH CUP & PLATE SOLID 18K GOLD, DIAMOND, RUBY, & RED ENAMEL - $300K APPRAISAL VALUE & CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY!

ITEM DESCRIPTION

One incredibly beautiful Jewish Kiddush cup and matching plate. It was probably made for the Kos Eliyahu – the cup of Elijah the prophet – that is used during the Passover Seder. We are offering this item now, just before the Passover holiday.

This beautiful Kiddush Cup and Plate set is made entirely out of solid 18K yellow gold, diamonds, rubies, and red enamel. The incredible work on this is truly magnificent. It is one of the most beautiful handmade stunning Judaica pieces we have ever seen. This was hand designed by the world famous Israeli artist Yaakov Davidoff in Israel.  It weighs approximately 55 ounces of solid 18K yellow gold. The gold value alone is about $2,000 an ounce – approximately $110,000.00 value for just the gold. As you can see through the two pictures on the scale, the cub by itself weighs almost 36 ounces and the plate weighs approximately 20 ounces, and together they weigh approximately 55 ounces. It has beautiful hand engraving and hand settings.

The details of the stone settings are as follows:

The cup has approximately 143 diamonds ranging from 0.04 carats each to approximately 0.25 carats each. The overall quality is extremely high and extremely fine overall FVS quality and the total diamond weight is approximately 15 carats in the cup. It has approximately 546 round rubies. Overall quality is fine, nice rich color well faceted, approximately 0.04 to 0.20 carats each for a total of approximately 28 carats.

The plate has approximately three diamonds that are approximately 0.30 carats, overall quality FVS, for a total of slightly less than 1 carat. It has approximately 135 round rubies, weighing approximately 0.04 carats each, for a total carat weight of approximately 5.5 carats. It has approximately three large oval rubies that are approximately 1.25 carats each for a total of approximately 3.75 carats.

The total on both pieces:

The cup has a total of approximately 15 carats of diamonds and 28 carats of rubies. The plate has approximately a little less than 1 carat of diamond and approximately 10 carats of rubies. The total carat weight on both pieces is approximately 16 Carats of diamonds and approximately 38 carats of rubies for a total carat weight of both precious stones of close to approximately 54 carats of these beautiful precious stones.

This piece is tremendously beautifully engraved, beautiful work shows a high degree of craftsmanship, and this is truly a one-of-a-kind piece with religious motifs.  It appears to show the Jews fleeing Egypt during the Passover holiday and other very intricate designs, a really true one-of-a-kind piece. In addition to the diamonds and ruby work there is also, beautiful red enamel, especially on the sides of the gold plate. It has three beautiful large pieces of handmade red enamel on the outside of the plate that each measure approximately 3 1/2 inches in width. It also has 12 pieces of red enamel on the inner part of the plate, engraved both in white and yellow gold.  A truly remarkable one of a kind, unique set of this beautiful cup and saucer.  Probably the rarest and clearly one of the most expensive and beautifully handmade pieces that we have in modern times that are known to exist.

Both Pieces Are Signed & Stamped On The Bottom With Engraved Markings Including The Stamp of The Artist/Designer, Artist Signature, Stamped 18K, And The Weight in Grams (over 1500 grams).

This is one of the nicest pieces of Judaica we have ever seen. Truly, an incredibly beautiful piece that is quite likely unique and one-of-a-kind. It is very difficult to put a price on this piece as the engraving work, the skill required, the gold, the diamonds, and the enamel, all make it virtually priceless. This was passed down to a new generation recently, who are looking to dispose of it, and we are selling it on their behalf. It will come with a FREE $300,000.00 Insurance Appraisal,  FREE Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee, and a FREE Certificate of Authenticity!
