This is an authentic silver gelatin print of an environmental portrait of famous American singer, actress and television personality, Cher. This timeless photograph renders a black and white environmental portrait of the singer with her signature long black hair, long eyelashes and heavy eyeliner, wearing a stiped sleeveless top. This item is in excellent condition; signed ‘Cher’ with a doodle of a little heart on top on the bottom left corner in black ink and framed with a gray mat in a black plastic frame. It also comes with an original signed certificate of authenticity.
Cher (born Cherilyn Sarkisian; 1946) commonly referred to by the media as the "Goddess of Pop", has been described as embodying female autonomy in a male-dominated industry. Cher is known for her distinctive contralto singing voice and for having worked in numerous areas of entertainment, as well as adopting a variety of styles and appearances throughout her six-decade-long career. By the end of 1967, Sony and Cher had sold 40 million records worldwide. She began her solo career simultaneously in 1966. She emerged as a fashion trendsetter by wearing elaborate outfits on her television shows.
