This is why we love vintage... This art deco style Perlé ladies Hidden watch looks like a bracelet at first glance, but the extremely elegant and unique floral designed case cover flips open to reveal a watch face. The cover is made from solid 14K Yellow Gold and is embedded with a full factory set of approximately 17 Diamonds and 18 Ruby gemstones in a beautiful floral arrangement. The diamonds range from 0.03pts around the cover to the center being 0.15pts for a total of 0.75 carats, with an overall quality of EVS. The 6 large rubies at the top are 0.15pts and the small ones at the bottom are 0.07pts for a total of about 1.75 carats of rubies. When open, it reveals a solid 14K Yellow Gold case that has a solid 14K Yellow Gold signed case back and crown. The beautiful white dial is also signed in black and features 12 gold-tone applied index markers and two luminous gold-tone hour and minute hands. While covered by the floral top, this watch measures approximately 23mm (diameter) x 17mm (high). While uncovered, the watch case itself measures approximately 21mm (case to crown) x 8mm (high). This fantastic Quartz-powered timepiece comes on a 14K Yellow Gold braided strap, styled as an antique bracelet and weighs approximately 56 grams overall. In today's market, it is nearly impossible to find this Vintage circa 1940s wristwatch in Excellent, Very Fine Overall condition.
